Staff Email Accounts Are Now Available Again

• For the moment, when you click on the email link, you are going to get a message that indicates that "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."   (note this is in Internet Explorer, something similar should appear in other web browsers)  The problem with the security certificate is that we have not purchased one yet.  Until we do, simply click on the "Continue to this website (not recommended)."  link to get to the web mail site.

• Usernames.  You should no longer need to put anything after your username.  However, if for some reason the system did require you to put the full username, simply put your full email address as the username (for example username@sfisd.net)
   

• Newer email version:  This is a newer version of our email server.  Many things have changed.  I will try to put some training material up later in the summer.

• Users with phone or ipod type devices will have to make a few changes.  Please contact me with questions regarding these changes.

Note:  Data from the old email system has not yet been imported for all users.  If you are missing contacts, saved emails, etc., please give me a couple of day to finish the import process and then try again.
