Passports: Take 2 passport photos, official birth
certificate, photo id, money to pay the fee and an application from Internet
or paper application from post office or court house (do not sign it until you are in the presence of the agent and
have given your oath). Passport
photos can be obtained from any photographer or for $7.99 at any Walgreen or
CVS pharmacy. Birth certificates
can be obtained at most court houses or at the City Offices in |

that you will be sure to have all the information and documents with you at
the time of application. You must have proper identification with you.

Go to http://www.travelaccess.com/TravelUSA/Passport/tx_accept.htm to find the location nearest you. Call the main USPS information number toll free 800-275-8777. They will confirm the hours the passport acceptance officer is available, any requirements for advance appointments and will be able to give you specific driving directions. Ask about types of tender accepted before going. |

You can also download the
form yourself. After you receive
your passport in the mail, sign it exactly
as it appears on the document and bring me two copies of the first page to
me. You will not need a visa for
this trip. Your passport name and the name you use when you enroll on the tour
