Sanford-Fritch ISD Receives Highest Possible Accountability Rating

The Texas Education Agency [TEA] has released the 2015 state accountability system rating for more than 1200 school districts and charters, with Sanford-Fritch ISD receiving the highest possible accountability rating of “Met Standard.” Additionally, every Sanford-Fritch ISD campus met the state standards, with two campuses earning gold star distinctions.

District and campuses are assigned one of three ratings under the accountability system: “Met Standard,” “Met Alternative Standard” or “Improvement Required.” The rating of “Met Standard,” is assigned to districts and campuses that meet performance index targets on all indexes for which they have performance results.

For more information on the state accountability ratings, visit the TEA website at www.tea.state.tx.us.
