Parent Update and End of Semester/6 Weeks Reminders

Eagle Rock Snack Shop
The Eagle Rock Snack Shop will be open Thursday for students who have all assignments up to date. All items are $1 each.

Grade Updates
As the semester comes to a close, students should already have the majority of all work submitted. Teachers may be limited in their ability to make grade changes at this time. If you have questions about your child’s grade, please reach out to the teacher directly.

Lost & Found Reminder
While our Lost and Found has dwindled, we still have several items in our Lost & Found. If your child is missing something, please remind them to check the Lost & Found before Friday. Any items left after Friday will be added to our school clothes closet or donated to help others.

Semester Test Bell Schedule
We will follow the Semester Test Bell Schedule on Thursday and Friday. (Please see attachment for schedules)

• Thursday Lunch/Recess Schedule:
  • 6th Grade Lunch: 12:00–12:30 PM | Recess: 12:30–1:00 PM
  • 7th & 8th Grade Recess: 12:00–12:30 PM | Lunch: 12:30–1:00 PM
• Friday:
  • Semester Test Schedule
  • Early dismissal at 12:00 PM
  • Students may grab a sack lunch from the cafeteria on their way out

Upcoming Dates & Holiday Break
A January calendar will be shared soon. In the meantime, please note:

• No school: December 22 – January 5
• School resumes: Tuesday, January 6
• Monday, January 5: Parent-Teacher Conference Day (no students)

If you would like to schedule a conference, please reach out to your child’s teacher(s) through ParentSquare or email. You may also call the office and leave a message for a teacher to return your call. Parents are welcome to come and go between 4:00–6:00 PM to visit with teachers.
